Hall Printing has recently leaped into the digital press age with a Ryobi 3404DI four-colour offset press and a Heidelberg Q46 compact two-colour press. The speed of these machines will allow the business to process through more orders at a faster and more efficient speed. The Ryobi DI allows us to print full colour process in perfect register because all four colours are imaged onto the plates on the press and printed on to the stock in one press pass.

Computer to Plate
We can create a digital file or provide computer services such as scanning or emailing. The digital file is then output to plate and printed on one of our three presses.

Press Capacity
Our press room houses a Ryobi 3404DI capable of 12.99 x 17.72" (330 x 450 mm) output, Heidelberg Printmaster Q46 capable of sizes to 17.84” × 13.00” (453 mm × 330 mm), KORD 64 capable of sizes to 18” x 25”, and the Hamada capable of sizes to 15.25” x 20.25”. Numbering, scoring and perforating can be done on the press or on the Heidleberg Platen. The Platen can also be used for die cutting.

Bindery
The project can then be sent into our full-service bindery where it could be folded, trimmed, hole-punched, padded, laminated, stapled, eyeleted, collated or just packaged for shipping. We provide bulk mailing services to help in distribution.
